Australian Orders : $8 flat rate on orders under $50 and Free for orders above $50.

If the item is faulty you can either choose a full refund or a credit note and we will assume the return costs.
IMPORTANT: FOR HYGIENE REASONS WE CAN'T ACCEPT RETURNS OF KNICKERS UNLESS FAULTY. Make sure to follow our measurements instructions and have a good look at the fit to make sure the knickers will suit you.
Our clothes are all handmade and unique due to the natural dyes process. The colour of the item you receive may slightly vary from the picture on our site or the other piece of the set.
Colours vary with each batch and are susceptible to the season the plant is harvested.
We do not offer a refund for that.
Please follow our washing instructions as we won’t refund an item damaged by the wrong washing process.
Please allow up to 3 weeks to process the refund
That includes the transit time for us to receive the item, time to process the refund and the bank to process the transaction.
